Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the work of the HR and payroll team, including planning, task delegation, motivation, and professional development of team members,
- Supervise and ensure the accuracy and compliance of internal regulations, procedures, and HR/payroll documentation,
- Oversee and actively participate in the accurate calculation of salaries and other employee benefits,
- Manage and monitor payroll processes across different payroll cycles, including varied working time arrangements and diverse employment forms,
- Provide expert advice and support to employees regarding their rights and obligations, and deliver training sessions on HR policies and labor law,
- Monitor changes in labor law and payroll regulations, ensuring their effective implementation and compliance across the organization,
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses on employment data and labor costs,
- Implement best practices for process optimization, identify new tools and improvements, and build operational standards aligned with current legal requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or related fields,
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in HR and payroll, including at least 4 years in a managerial position,
- Proven experience in personnel administration and payroll processing within companies employing at least 300 staff,
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and salary calculation principles,
- Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing HR reports and data analysis.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level – essential for daily communication and documentation,
- Experience with the Enova HR and payroll system will be an asset.
