Opis stanowiska

Key responsibilities:  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with representatives of tourist regions, hotel chains, and industry partners, 
• Acquire marketing budgets from key partners and continuously expand the business network, 
• Develop comprehensive media plans, 
• Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns – from strategic planning to execution, 
• Monitor campaign performance and provide results aligned with agreed KPIs, 
• Foster long-term partnerships based on trust, professionalism, and shared objectives. 

Wymagania

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, 
• Strong ability to conduct B2B meetings and build lasting relationships, 
• Experience in marketing, sales, or media, 
• Professional background in the tourism industry, 
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to efficiently execute specific tasks, 
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
