Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Defining content goals across the Polish, Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian markets.
- Coordinating the work of the Content Managers team responsible for homepages, as well as sales-driven, promotional, and brand-oriented landing pages, along with subpages of the service in each market,
- Overseeing the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the content presented on websites and in the mobile app,
- Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing key KPIs, including interpreting deviations (both increases and decreases) in the context of user behavior, market changes, seasonality, and ongoing development activities within the service,
- Analyzing data and qualitative research (e.g., A/B tests, analytics, user interviews), identifying conversion barriers, and initiating changes to increase the effectiveness of the online channel,
- Implementing new tools for content creation and management,
- Cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI, development, analytics teams, and other Product Owners,
- Managing priorities and the product roadmap for content in each market,
- Monitoring travel industry trends, competitor activities, and new solutions in the field of content and customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience leading a content team for an international e-commerce platform,
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify connections between business goals and user experience,
- Data analysis skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, BI platforms, as well as interpreting and drawing conclusions from A/B test results,
- Knowledge of tools and practices related to content creation and optimization (AI, LLM, SEO, CMS, UGC),
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, enabling effective collaboration with distributed/interdisciplinary international teams and supporting them in achieving goals,
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in an agile environment, with a focus on iteration, rapid experimentation, and data-driven learning,
- Proficiency in English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment, working with documentation, and participating in meetings,
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team, foster cross-department collaboration, and manage the content vision across multiple markets simultaneously.
