Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a HR Data Analyst who will help us build a data-driven HR culture and join our CEE Total Rewards & HR Operations team. 

You will lead the collection and analysis of data across key processes and employee experience touchpoints, deliver insights on headcount and workforce trends, and develop tools and automation that enhance HR decision-making. 

Key responsibilities:  

  • Translate HR and business priorities into data-driven insights that inform workforce strategy and employee experience improvements, 
  • Conduct headcount analysis and forecasting to support workforce planning and organizational design, 
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to HR and leadership, connecting people data with business outcomes, 
  • Build and manage frameworks fordata collection and integration across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement, retention), 
  • Design dashboards, reporting tools, and automation solutions to increase efficiency and scalability of HR analytics, 
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across HR systems and processes, 
  • Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to enhance forecasting and workforce planning, 
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to definecritical KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals, 
  • Translate complex data intocompelling stories that influence decision-making, 
  • Act as a champion for a data-driven culture across the HR function and the wider business. 
Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in HR/People Analytics, workforce planning, or data analytics roles, 
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), HRIS, and Excel/SQL, 
  • Strong knowledge ofheadcount and workforce forecasting methods, 
  • Ability to connect data insights to business strategy and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, 
  • Analytical curiosity combined with strong interpersonal skills, 
  • Fluency in English (working language across the region), 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded approach. 

Nice to have: 

  • Exposure to automation (Python, workflow tools).
