Job description

About us:
We are a growing team of over 100 IT specialists, including Developers, DevOps Engineers, Testers, Project Managers, Architects, and Analysts. Key responsibilities:

• Architect & Build: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Go-based applications for internal and external clients,
• Code Quality: Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code through strict reviews and best practices,
• Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks, optimizing existing solutions and overall application performance,
• Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a technical mentor for the team, supporting the Leader in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and guiding developers through architectural changes,
• Innovation: Propose new ideas and select appropriate technologies to solve complex business problems,
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver value,
• Testing: ensure reliability by creating comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Go (Golang),
• Proven experience in designing and building distributed systems and microservices,
• Strong understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., Hexagonal, Clean Architecture),
• Proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL,
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and gRPC,
• Familiarity with the Gin Framework,
• Experience with ElasticSearch and Redis,
• English proficiency at a B1+ level (communicative).

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines,
• Knowledge of message brokers: Kafka or RabbitMQ,
• Observability tools: Kibana, Grafana, Sentry,
• Practical understanding of DDD (Domain-Driven Design),
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Track record of process optimization and improving development workflows.
