Job description

About us:

We are a People & Culture team operating across the CEE region (PL, CZ, SK, HU) bridging business strategy with human potential. Key responsibilities:

  • HR advisory - You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. 
  • Engagement and culture - You will co-own the engagement agenda, identifying drivers of engagement, spotting early risks, and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. 
  • Employee experience and feedback - You will collaborate with People & Culture teams to improve the employee journey across key moments (onboarding, development, everyday work). You will leverage feedback (surveys, pulse checks, exit insights) and turn it into actionable improvements. 
  • Competency building and team development - You will support leaders in building future-ready teams by identifying skill gaps, co-designing development plans, and strengthening succession pipelines. 
  • Organizational design and change - You will lead the people side of transformation, including restructuring, operating model changes, and new initiatives-ensuring change is effectively implemented and adopted. 
  • Data-driven decision-making - You will use people analytics to diagnose challenges, build business cases and support decision-making across areas such as turnover, engagement and workforce costs. 
  • Leader coaching - You will coach managers and senior leaders on people-related topics, including performance management, team dynamics, and difficult conversations. 
  • Cross-market coordination - You will operate across multiple CEE markets, balancing local needs with a consistent people approach. 
  • Compensation and rewards thinking - You will contribute to compensation discussions, using market benchmarks and internal data to support fair and competitive decisions. 
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience - At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role, ideally within a multi-country or multi-entity environment. CEE experience is a strong advantage. 
  • Business acumen - You understand how business performance connects to people decisions, including P&L, headcount planning, and cost structures. 
  • Analytical capability - You are comfortable working with data, drawing insights and using them to support business decisions. 
  • Employee experience mindset - You bring a people-centric perspective and have experience working with engagement data and feedback mechanisms. 
  • Competency development - You have experience supporting capability building through development planning, learning initiatives, or skill-gap analysis. 
  • Organizational design skills - You have worked on restructuring, role design, or operating model changes. 
  • Communication - You communicate clearly and confidently and can effectively partner with senior stakeholders. 
  • Languages - Fluent English and Polish are required.

  • Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian language skills.
