Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven Technology Enablement Coordinator to act as the strategic right-hand and operational partner to our Group CTO. In this role, you will not be managing software development projects. Instead, you will be the central hub for all technology operations, department analytics, and executive reporting.
Your mission is twofold: on one hand, you will leverage AI and data from Jira to build real-time executive dashboards, prepare management presentations, and assertively enforce delivery KPIs across engineering teams. On the other hand, you will take full ownership of the department's day-to-day logistics – from organizing All-Hands and tech workshops to managing technology invoices and budgets.

Job description
Key responsibilities:
Group CTO Support & Department Operations
- Act as the strategic right-hand to the CTO, managing the daily operational flow of the technology department and taking ownership of ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Capture comprehensive summaries from executive and cross-functional meetings, maintain a centralized decision log, and assertively track action points to ensure timely execution
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate department-wide events, including All-Hands meetings, technical workshops.
- Manage financial administration: process and approve invoices, track department budgets, and prepare cost summaries.
- Assist in executive calendar alignment, ensuring the CTO's time is prioritized around key strategic initiatives.
Data Analytics, AI & Executive Reporting
- Extract and analyze complex data from Jira and other internal systems to monitor department efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools and modern analytics to generate high-quality progress reports, executive summaries, and dynamic management presentations.
- Build, maintain, and own real-time performance dashboards for the CTO and leadership team.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights, highlighting operational bottlenecks and project milestones.
KPI Tracking & Project Coordination
- Monitor and proactively drive key performance targets across all engineering teams, specifically enforcing:
- Time logging compliance (assertively pushing for >70% adherence).
- On-time delivery of projects (aiming for >80%).
- Cycle times, lead times, and time spent in the DEVELOP status.
- Follow up with Engineering Managers and teams to ensure data accuracy, holding them accountable for reporting standards.
- Coordinate technical dependencies spanning multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Jira Standardization & Process Enablement
- Take full ownership of Jira workflows and Confluence spaces across all engineering teams, standardizing them to ensure consistent data collection.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly planning sessions, requirements gathering, and prioritization workshops.
- Continuously identify friction points in daily technology operations and implement practical solutions to make the engineering teams' work easier and more predictable.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, PMO Analytics, IT Project Coordination, or acting as a highly analytical Executive/Business Assistant within an IT department.
- Product Company Background: Proven experience working in a product-led company (developing its own internal products or SaaS solutions).
- Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory, as you will work in an international environment.
- Strong Analytical Mindset & AI Utilization: Proven ability to work with raw data and leverage modern AI tools to analyze metrics, generate reports, and streamline daily operations.
- Advanced Jira Mastery: Expert in configuring workflows, creating advanced queries (JQL), and building complex reporting dashboards to track team performance.
- Executive Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex IT metrics into clear, professional reports and presentations for C-level management (expert level in PowerPoint and Excel).
- Financial & Operational Awareness: Basic experience or strong willingness to handle technology department administration, including processing invoices, tracking budgets, and coordinating vendor documentation.
- Assertive & Accountable: You possess a strong personality. You are capable of holding Engineering Managers and teams accountable for time-tracking, reporting standards, and deadlines without needing the CTO to intervene.
- "Right-Hand" Mentality: You bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach to your work. No task is too small - you are just as dedicated to running complex analytical reports as you are to maintaining a decision log and organizing department logistics.
- Highly Organized: Exceptional ability to multitask, proactively identify missing data, and keep the IT department running smoothly behind the scenes.
