Opis stanowiska

About us: 

We are building a financial controlling team that actively supports the business in decision-making processes. We operate in an international environment, working closely with key business areas, while ensuring high data quality, process consistency, and strong business partnership.

We value independence, accountability, and an approach that combines financial perspective with a solid understanding of the organization’s business.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the financial controlling team in the CEE region (Poland, Czech Republic/Slovakia, Hungary),
• Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, cost monitoring and variance analysis, financial analysis, and management reporting,
• Cooperating with local finance teams and business units in the CEE region,
• Ensuring consistency of financial data and reporting standards across countries,
• Preparing and presenting financial results to the Management Board,
• Participating in management meetings and actively supporting business decision-making,
• Implementing and optimizing controlling tools and reporting processes.

Wymagania

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in controlling / finance (including managerial experience),
• Experience in managing dispersed teams (international environment is a plus),
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial performance analysis,
• Experience working with executive leadership / senior management,
• Ability to present financial data in a business-oriented way,
• Good command of English and Polish(minimum C1), 
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking,
• Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
