Who we are looking for?
The AI Adoption Manager will be the driving force behind the AI skills development across the entire organization, especially within non-tech teams. This is a managerial-level, communication-first role situated within the CEO Office, working hand in hand with the AI Enablement Lead in Technology department, who is responsible for the technical layer of the tools. Together, they ensure that the company moves fast, securely, and with measurable business impact.
Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Co-designing and delivering AI training for selected non-tech groups - including workshops, e-learning modules, playbooks, and role-specific learning paths. Translating what works in IT into formats that operations, sales, support, and product teams can leverage immediately.
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a network of AI Ambassadors across all business units. Building the operating rhythm, materials, and community to keep the network active and multiply adoption locally - ensuring knowledge spreads horizontally instead of remaining siloed in one function.
- Owning the company-wide AI Knowledge Hub: Creating, structuring, and continuously updating the SharePoint portal - playbooks, prompt libraries, how-to guides, use-case galleries, and inspiration. Goal: to ensure employees actually use it.
- Defining metrics that reflect real AI adoption - usage frequency, workflow integration, self-reported productivity, and business outcomes. Providing regular reporting to leadership. Designing and implementing interventions (e.g., campaigns, ambassador sprints) when adoption in a specific area is lagging.
- Maintaining visible, continuous momentum around AI - through newsletters, success showcases, lunch-and-learns, demos, and board briefings. Building a narrative that AI is a standard, everyday tool - not an abstract concept - with a relentless focus on business results.
- Acting as a strategic partner to department heads piloting AI in their areas. Assisting in formulating use cases, designing pilots, interpreting results, and scaling what works. Serving as the bridge between top-level AI strategy and day-to-day adoption on the ground.
- Continuously monitoring new AI tools, use cases, and industry benchmarks. Providing a regular feed of current, practical inspiration to keep the organization future-oriented.
- Building on the foundation established by the AI Enablement Lead and engineering, purposefully expanding enablement to all non-tech departments so every team can achieve the same productivity gains - without needing a technical background.
- Collaborating closely with the AI Enablement Lead, Technology, Security, and Legal teams to ensure company-wide AI adoption remains within a safe, policy-compliant framework. Representing the adoption and culture perspective in AI strategy forums.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, L&D, or a similar role requiring behavioral change on an organizational scale.
- Proven track record of leading or co-leading an internal transformation or adoption program - not just participating in one.
- Experience working with the C-suite and senior leadership; comfortable presenting to the board and acting as a strategic partner, not just an implementer.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority - building enthusiasm and driving behavioral change across teams that do not report directly to this role.
AI Fluency
- Real, hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) - going beyond casual use. Ability to craft effective prompts, design workflows, and translate AI capabilities and limitations for non-technical audiences.
- A solid understanding of the AI landscape, enabling you to form well-founded opinions on what is genuinely useful, what is merely hype, and what is relevant to the organization's specific context.
- No coding required, but digital fluency is a must: everyday use of AI products and the ability to independently evaluate new solutions.
Communication
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (min. C1) - this is a communication-first role responsible for producing company-wide written and spoken materials.
- Proven ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences: executive leadership, middle management, and operational staff.
- Experience in public speaking and workshop facilitation - highly comfortable leading large group sessions and delivering executive briefings.
Analytical skills
- Strong data literacy: the ability to define adoption metrics, interpret dashboards, and translate numbers into a compelling narrative for leadership.
- Data-driven decision-making: designing interventions based on evidence, not intuition.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a tech or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and the M365 ecosystem in the context of knowledge management.
- Experience designing or delivering digital learning experiences (LMS platforms, e-learning tools).
- A background in Developer Relations (DevRel), Developer Advocacy, or community management.
We offer
What do we offer:
Workplace safety and comfort:
- Employment based on an employment contract or B2B,
- Full support during the onboarding period under the supervision of an engaging leader/buddy.
Business agency and agility:
- Real influence on business decisions, the ability to take initiatives and implement your ideas.
Development within the organization:
- Individual Development Plan,
