The TLM drives both technical direction and delivery for the team, acting as key technical advisor and mentor while ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering best practices.

Job description

What lies ahead on your journey:

• Plan and coordinate engineering projects, managing scope, timelines, and shifting priorities amid ambiguity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders on requirements and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a high-performing team culture and contributing to performance reviews and career development.
• Drive technical direction and architecture, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of systems.
• Actively contribute to the codebase and unblock complex technical issues.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and developer experience.
• Own team SLOs, participate in incident response, and drive reliability improvements.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team topology planning.

Requirements

What to pack in your suitcase:

• Minimum 5 years' senior backend experience, advanced Golang.
• Strong grasp of asynchronous programming and scalable architecture, observability/DevOps collaboration
• Ability to work under time pressure in a seasonal, high-load product environment.
• Inspires with a clear vision and builds trust.
• Communicates with empathy and engagement.
• Supports individual and team development.
• Strengthens collaboration and shared responsibility
• Pomotes innovation in a supportive environment.
• Polish for team communication; English (min. B2) for cross-department work.​​
