Opis stanowiska

Key Responsibilities:
• React Development Ownership: Take the lead in building and maintaining frontend applications with an emphasis on modularity, performance, and user experience.
• System Thinking: Understand and navigate a complex system that processes travel data from hundreds of sources across 7 countries.
• Tech Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers (Symfony, PHP, Go), data engineers, and product owners.
• Mentorship & Reviews: Share your knowledge, review code with empathy, and support teammates in growing.
• Quality Engineering: Write tests, advocate for best practices, and be pragmatic about trade-offs between speed and maintainability.
• Agile Rituals: Participate actively in dailies, retrospectives, and planning meetings.

Wymagania

Requirements:
• Min. 7 years of professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Profficiency inNext.js.
• Experience in writing frontend unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of web accessibility rules and standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA) and experience building accessible user interfaces.
• Strong focus on frontend performance, with hands-on experience optimizing Core Web Vitals
• Experience building and maintaining high-traffic, large-scale ecommerce applications, with attention to performance under  load and at scale.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries, maintaining consistency and reusability across the UI.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST services.
• Proficient in using Chrome DevTools.
• Strong communication skills in English (min. B2).
• Good self-organization skills.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity and code quality.

Nice to have:
• SEO/SEA experience.
• Experience with Playwright or other automated e2e set up.
• Familiarity with any backend language.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Docker containerization.
• Knowledge of UX/UI concepts, user-centric thinking, familiarity with Figma or similar.
• Experience with maintaining and refactoring legacy (or mature) codebases.
